Group: Customers
Content: Name, email address, phone number, company name, billing address and contract and order information.
Purpose: Managing customer relationships (for example processing orders and invoicing), communication and marketing of the company’s products and services to customers.
Group: Potential customers and website users
Content: Name, email address, company name and optionally other information such as phone number.
Purpose: Processing contact requests and offering services to potential customers.
5. Retention period of personal data
Customer data is stored for the duration of the customer relationship and thereafter only as long as necessary to fulfil the data controller’s legal obligations or legitimate interests.
Data stored for marketing purposes is retained as long as consent remains valid.
Messages sent through the website contact form are stored for a maximum of two years unless a longer retention period is justified.

By submitting their information, the person consents to the storage and processing of their data as described in this notice.
7. Regular disclosures of personal data

Data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and data processing agreements.
Data will not be transferred outside the EU or EEA unless it is necessary for providing the service. In such cases, it will be ensured that the transfer complies with legal requirements.

The data is stored in information systems that can only be accessed by authorised persons. The protection of these systems complies with the requirements of data protection legislation.
9. Right of access and right to rectification
The data subject has the right to review the data stored about them and to request correction of incorrect information. The request must be submitted in writing and signed to the person responsible for data protection matters mentioned in section 2.
10. Right to Data Deletion
The data subject has the right to request deletion of their personal data. Deletion requests are processed on a case-by-case basis.
11. Other rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to prohibit the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes.

Our website uses cookies to improve website functionality, analyse user traffic and support marketing activities. Cookies are user-specific but do not allow personal identification.
